Customer Satisfaction
& Market Analysis Survey for Online Travel
Site
Acmetravel.net
is an online travel site offering discount airline tickets and
hotel rates to the general public. We developed a series of custom
web-based surveys and a real-time online reporting system to identify
unique market segments, to identify key drivers of customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention
for specific market segments, and for tracking customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention.
Approximately 25,000 customers were surveyed each month once the
program had been fully implemented. This survey represents one
of the surveys developed for the acmetravel.net research program.
Service Follow-up Survey
for Online Banking Service Center
First
Bank developed a series of service transaction
follow-up surveys for customers using the
bank’s Online Banking Service Center. In general,
the surveys were used to identify key market
segments, track customer satisfaction/loyalty/retention,
and identify potential areas for cross-selling
the bank’s services/products. Approximately
5,000 customers were surveyed each month.
Employee Survey for
a Hi-Tech Consulting Group
ACME
Technology Group is a hi-tech consulting firm. Given the aggressiveness
in which many hi-tech firms often end up competing against one
another for a finite number of high quality employees, ACME takes
it’s annual employee survey very seriously.
