Web-Surveys.Net has administered online surveys for a variety of corporate, non-profit, and government clients. Some recent projects include:

  • A comprehensive service follow-up and customer satisfaction study for a major online travel web site. Findings yielded important insights regarding service-related drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, as well as fundamental perceptions of the company's business and pricing models. Online transactions triggered email follow-ups to the survey, and CSR's directed incoming callers to the online survey.
  • An employee opinion survey for a division of the US Navy to assess the organization's capacity to meet the needs of customers and to identify areas where improvements could be made. Employees were asked to provide feedback on management effectiveness, leadership, job satisfaction, business reengineering processes, and loyalty.
  • A customer value study for a leading global provider of avionics and engines, as well as systems and service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, military, and space operations. This annual initiative identified continuous improvement opportunities that directly impacted the client’s goal of meeting customer needs and expectations.
  • A brand assessment study for an international specialty retailer of leather outerwear, sportswear, and leather accessories. The survey gathered data regarding customers’ shopping habits, as well as their awareness and perceptions of the brand.
  • Ongoing customer satisfaction tracking study for two separate divisions of a diversified financial services provider, including banking, insurance, investments, mortgages, and consumer finance. These surveys collect feedback on satisfaction with service interactions and service demands and expectations.
  • A segmentation study of business travelers’ hotel preferences. The survey sought feedback from business travelers in terms of hotel usage, brand preferences, and their satisfaction with a comprehensive list of service offerings.
  • A market analysis for a leading provider of media licensing, media asset management, media production, and media syndication. The survey was designed to evaluate the changing needs and expectations of clients and to help refine the company’s products and services.

WSN has also designed ongoing tracking programs to identify the effectiveness of e-commerce and e-business activities/procedures, company performance, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Surveys in these projects have often been integrated with key activities of the client – including e-commerce websites, company websites, call centers, and store operations. WSN can easily accommodate between 5,000 and 10,000 surveys a week, while simultaneously linking real-time survey data into comprehensive web-based reporting systems.
