The Net.Results™ Online Reporting System offers a variety of real-time topline, performance, and diagnostic reporting options for web survey projects:

• Topline Reports – overall marginals, frequencies, and listing of verbatim comments.
• Performance Reports – survey completions rates, quota fulfillment.
• Diagnostic Reports – analysis of survey response and drop-off patterns, listing of respondents targeted/flagged from the research activities for additional/personal follow-up.

Fully integrated with our web survey systems, Net.Results™ reports are particularly useful useful in terms of providing an immediate snapshot of respondents' feedback, tracking survey completion and drop-off rates, monitoring overall performance, and in identifying high-risk respondents for immediate follow-up.

Net.Results™ reporting is available at two levels: Basic and Advanced.

• Net.Results™ Basic reporting includes Topline reporting (overall marginals and listing of verbatim comments) and Performance Reporting (survey completion rates). Net.Results™ Basic reporting is available for all of our web survey projects. Every WSN web survey project includes Net.Results™ Basic as well as a complete electronic data file (*.xls, *.csv, *.mdb, *.sav, ascii, etc.) containing the survey data (including verbatim comments from open-ended questions).
• Net.Results™ Advanced reporting adds diagnostic reporting as well as a variety of optional online filters, crosstabulation, and data analysis capabilities. The Net.Results™ Advanced reporting is normally available at an additional cost depending on the features and services included in the reporting system.

Access can be limited to just the designated project/research team directly involved with the project, or to a specific group of users, e.g., bank branch managers.
